The Spark Begins to Grow

The first few members of the design team joined the company along with Angie, and the company opened its first office. The company quickly expanded beyond its automotive and agency partnerships to serve local businesses through graphic design, branding, corporate identity and marketing materials.

Putting Down Creative Roots

The company moved into its current home at historic Tannery Row, a former shoe factory filled with character and creative energy. The building is even said to have welcomed Roy Rogers, who came there to have his boots made.

As the agency’s local clientele grew through relationships and referrals, the company added website design and development to meet the changing needs of its clients.

During these early years, the company was also known as “The Design Pub.” Although officially named Veugeler Design Group, the office, branding and website reflected Randall’s love of craft beer and created a relaxed, pub-inspired atmosphere.

Finding the Fire: StillFire Brewing

After years of celebrating craft beer through company culture and community events, Randall and Angie, together with their partners, founded StillFire Brewing in Downtown Suwanee. The company developed the brewery’s brand, packaging, merchandise, website, marketing and creative direction, combining a passion for design, craft beer and community connection.

Creativity Finds a Way

When the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of Suwanee Beer Fest just two days before the event, our team quickly found new ways to remain creative and connected to the community.

The compnay developed memorable products and campaigns, including the “Pour Decisions” wine glass, creative T-shirts and a Suwanee Magazine coloring book featuring local landmarks and businesses.

While the StillFire taproom was forced to close, the brewery continued creating new beers and seltzers, with the company developing the names, branding, packaging and marketing needed to sell them through the to-go window.

Lacing Up: The Themed 5K Series

With large festivals still restricted, the team introduced outdoor 5K events as a safe and creative alternative. The Beer Chaser 5K and Spooky Spirits 5K brought people together through fitness, entertainment, local partnerships and charitable giving, and became successful annual events of their own.

Rebranding as Veugeler Creative

Having long outgrown the “design group” part of their name, the agency sheds its old skin and officially rebrands as Veugeler Creative. Rolling out a modern new visual identity and website, the new brand perfectly aligns with their full-service digital, print, and social media marketing capabilities.

Celebrating 20 Years of Creativity

Veugeler Creative celebrates two decades of helping businesses and organizations tell their stories, strengthen their brands and connect with their audiences.

Over the past 20 years, the agency has partnered with hundreds of clients, launched brands and websites, created award-winning publications and marketing campaigns, produced nationally recognized events and supported businesses and organizations throughout the community.

While the tools and platforms have changed dramatically since 2006, our commitment remains the same: thoughtful design, meaningful relationships and creative work that helps our clients grow.

Our past 20 years by the numbers!

While our timeline tells the story of where we’ve been, the true measure of our 20 years lies in the work we’ve delivered, the relationships we’ve built, and the community we’ve served. Here is a snapshot of two decades:
