Located in Athens, Georgia, 755 Broad is a boutique luxury apartment complex whose target audience is graduate students and young professionals. They were in need of a new look and feel for their brand that reflected the upscale development they are. We created a new logo design along with floor plans, marketing collateral and a website to reflect the updated brand that speaks to both current and future residents.
